RENTAL AGREEMENT CONTRATO DE ALQUILER This Lease is entered into on the date hereof, by and between (“Owner”) and (“Renter”) for the property listed. Este Contrato de Arrendamiento se celebra en la fecha del presente, por y entre ("Propietario") y ("Arrendatario") para la propiedad listada. TERM: The term of the Lease shall begin on the arrival date and end on the departure date. The property will be ready for occupancy no earlier than 3:00 pm on the arrival date and must be vacated no later than 11:00 am on the departure date. The term of the Lease may be reduced or extended upon mutual consent, following payment of any additional fees agreed between the parties, and confirmed in writing by the Owner. PLAZO: El plazo del Contrato de Arrendamiento comenzará en la fecha de llegada y finalizará en la fecha de salida. La propiedad estará lista para ser ocupada no antes de las 3:00 p. m. de la fecha de llegada y deberá ser desocupada a más tardar a las 11:00 a. m. de la fecha de salida. El plazo del Contrato de Arrendamiento podrá ser reducido o prorrogado por mutuo acuerdo, previo pago de las tasas adicionales que acuerden las partes, y confirmado por escrito por el Propietario. RENT: The total rent is payable at the time of booking. RENTA: El alquiler total se paga en el momento de la reserva. LIMITED OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified on the booking. If the Owner concludes that this policy has been breached, the Owner reserves the right to expel the entire party with no refund. Si el Propietario concluye que se ha infringido esta política, el Propietario se reserva el derecho de expulsar a todo el grupo sin reembolso. CARE OF PREMISES/DAMAGES: NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN HOUSE. Automatic eviction plus forfeit of any deposit and rent if violated. Renter agrees to pay the Owner for any damages to furnishings and/or household items. Renter agrees to close and lock doors and windows when not present at the Property, including upon check-out. CUIDADO DE LAS PREMISAS/DAÑOS: NO SE PERMITEN MASCOTAS NO AUTORIZADAS. NO SE PERMITE FUMAR EN LA CASA. Desalojo automático más pérdida de cualquier depósito y renta si se viola. El Arrendatario se compromete a pagar al Propietario por cualquier daño al mobiliario y/o artículos del hogar. El Arrendatario se compromete a cerrar con llave las puertas y ventanas cuando no esté presente en la Propiedad, incluso al momento de la salida. INDEMNITY CLAUSE: Renter hereby agrees to Indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any and all claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to Renter’s use of Property or the items of personal property provided therein. Renter assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities, including the use of any swimming pool on the Property, and will hold Owner harmless with respect thereto. CLÁUSULA DE INDEMNIZACIÓN: El Arrendatario por la presente acuerda Indemnizar y mantener al Propietario libre de cualquier y todo reclamo, incluidos los de terceros, que surjan de o estén relacionados de alguna manera con el uso de la Propiedad por parte del Arrendatario o los artículos de propiedad personal proporcionados en ella. El Arrendatario asume todo el riesgo de lesiones u otras pérdidas relacionadas con cualquier actividad recreativa, incluido el uso de cualquier piscina en la Propiedad, y mantendrá al Propietario libre de responsabilidad al respecto. NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE: Renter's use of the Property is on a temporary, short-term, and transient basis only. The Property is not, and will not be, the Renter's, or any guest's, permanent residence. SIN RESIDENCIA PERMANENTE: El uso de la Propiedad por parte del Arrendatario es solo de forma temporal, a corto plazo y transitoria. La Propiedad no es, ni será, la residencia permanente del Arrendatario ni de ningún huésped. CANCELLATIONS: Renter may cancel at any time. The Owner will return any refundable amount, if applicable, according to the reservation's cancellation policy. CANCELACIONES: El Arrendatario puede cancelar en cualquier momento. El Propietario devolverá cualquier cantidad reembolsable, si corresponde, de acuerdo con la política de cancelación de la reserva. OWNERS RIGHTS: Renter agrees that if the conditions and limitations set forth herein are not met, Owner shall have the right to cancel this agreement and may enter the Property, either by statutory proceedings or by force, to inspect the Property and ensure that Renter has vacated the Property. All monies paid by Renter shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. DERECHOS DEL PROPIETARIO: El Arrendatario acepta que si no se cumplen las condiciones y limitaciones establecidas en este documento, el Propietario tendrá el derecho de cancelar este acuerdo y podrá ingresar a la Propiedad, ya sea por procedimientos legales o por la fuerza, para inspeccionar la Propiedad y asegurarse de que el Arrendatario ha desocupado la Propiedad. Todo el dinero pagado por el Arrendatario se perderá como daños liquidados. By signing this Lease, you acknowledge that you will comply with the terms of this agreement, and each party assumes the responsibility for the obligations set forth herein. Al firmar este Contrato de Arrendamiento, usted reconoce que cumplirá con los términos de este acuerdo y cada parte asume la responsabilidad de las obligaciones establecidas en el presente. Renter acknowledges that they have read, accept, and agree to the terms set forth. El Arrendatario reconoce que ha leído, acepta y acuerda los términos establecidos.
