This is a fabulous place. Newly renovated. Beautiful views. Large decks. A handful of paddle boards and a couple of kayaks to use. Nice big kitchen. An excellent place. I highly recommend it.

This is one of my favorite spots in Tulum! Absolutely beautiful house with wonderful amenities. It’s like having your own little tropical oasis in the jungle. The outdoor showers and hot tub are the best part!! Down the street is a little cafe perfect for breakfast and within walking distance of Holistika Art Walk, which is definitely worth checking out. Jose the house manager is great and the hosts are very helpful and responsive. Don’t hesitate to book this place!! It’s amazing!

Host was very responsible, knowledgeable, kind. His place was spectacular. Clean, modern, spacious. Place is gorgeous! Beautiful beach view and private access. The well equipped kitchen and bbq made our stay extra pleasant.

I only had one problem. I nee ded an extra star for rating as it was a solid 6 star all around. we came by boat for a company retreat and everyone wants to come back. There is government dock for a boat and the place was only a few steps away which was amazing. if you were to come by car it couldn't get any easier. Ever room in the house was outstanding. the fire pit was so nice to have. an amazing wrap around deck.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was a perfect retreat with gorgeous views. We had more than enough space for 4 adults and 3 kids and it was super convenient to hop on the ferry to explore the next island over.

This place is/was beautiful. The pool was cleaned every 2days. bery provate and relaxin looks better than the photos and the outside shower n tub was ahhhhmazing. The vibes were there. store right in front of the bnb. would def book again

Even more beautiful than the pictures! We felt so lucky to find this place, it was spacious, and very comfortably fit our group. It was very private, and the location was beautiful. Reed was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay here again!

Stunning location right on the ocean. Absolutely loved Reeds place! House is beautiful and spacious with lots of room for a large group, stayed here with 8 girlfriends and all slept comfortably with 4 bathrooms to share. We cooked some amazing meals up in the large kitchen and enjoyed the patio with the fire pit. It was a rainy weekend so we took advantage of the space. Also enjoyed use of the kayaks and hot tub. Would be a great space for families, with kids or a groups of friend or couples. Not far from town either. Super peaceful and private. Reed is a lovely host, super responsive. thanks so much Reed for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Salt Spring Island getaway! The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and right on the water — the views were stunning. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with my family here. The house is newly renovated, spacious and has full amenities. The view is breathtaking. My kids loved BBQ, and bonfire every day. My husband swam in the ocean and ran into the hot tub twice a day. Sitting on the balcony around fire and watching the sunrise and sunset everyday was an experience we would never forget. The owners are super nice. We needed help with BBQ and Trevor came and replaced gas tank immediately. This is our #1 spot to say in each trip into Salt Spring Island for sure. We already booked it for this summer. Did I also tell you that it is very close to Ferry terminal so you can time your departure really well?
